All text, photography and videos remain our property or are used under licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content and to print or share reasonable extracts for your own cooking and for non-commercial discussion, provided the material is unaltered, credited to Seadelish, and linked back to the original page.

Any other use requires written permission. That includes scraping our recipes or images for another website or app, republishing substantial parts of the site, selling our content, or using it to train a commercial service.

Prohibited uses

Reproducing, framing or mirroring the site without permission.

Using automated tools to harvest content at a rate that damages our servers.

Posting abusive, unlawful or off-topic material in comments.

Impersonating Seadelish, or presenting our recipes as your own.

Interfering with the security of the site or attempting unauthorised access to the administration.

Your submissions

If you send us a question, a recipe idea or a comment, you keep ownership of it and grant us the right to publish, edit and quote it on the site. Sponsored items are labelled. Advertisers have no editorial control over what we publish, and we do not endorse a product merely because it appears in an ad slot on a page.

No warranty on results

Recipes are written for our kitchens, our equipment and our ingredients. Cooking involves heat, knives and perishable raw material, and seafood more than most. You are responsible for food-handling decisions, and results depend on variables we cannot see from here. See the Disclaimer for the full statement.

Third-party links

We link to suppliers, tools and other articles. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seadelish is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount a reader paid to access the content, which for a free site is nil. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and termination

We may amend these terms and may suspend access if the terms are broken. Material changes are announced on this page. Some provisions, including the disclaimers and the licence terms, survive any termination of your use.

Contact

Questions about licensing or these terms: legal@seadelish.com.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Seadelish.
